Gaye Jurisich, a highly respected multi-disciplinary artist based in Hamilton, New Zealand, reflects on the transient nature of life, human circumstances, and behaviors throughout her practice. Her explorations generate associations that veil hidden agendas and complexities, allowing her to seamlessly shift between abstract and figurative traditions.

In this new body of work, Jurisich investigates the relationship between self and onlooker, and between onlookers, and the self as the onlooker – the imitations and the vulnerabilities, power and emotion.

Gaye Jurisich has garnered widespread recognition and reviews for her contributions to the art world. Her pieces can be found in numerous international collections, including those in New Zealand, Australia, Berlin, and the Pratt Institute in New York. This exhibition presents a unique opportunity to acquire affordable works.
